Overview
This project in Central Southsea has taken an old abandoned building in the heart of Portsmouth. The former Debenhams closed its doors for the last time back in January 2020 where it remained empty until last year. St Cross Homes have redeveloped this into 134 residential units, with ground floor commercial units also, to bring back life to Southsea!
Scope
From design to completion, Cable Connections installed a complete Building Network Operator solution and bespoke LV pillar to DNO specifications so the install has the opportunity to be adopted in the future. We also installed a 400 amp large power supply for a Doctors Surgery.
